PanBloc welded plate heat exchanger is compact and efficient, although fully welded, is totally accessible on both sides. With no interplate gaskets, problems associated with conventional gasketed plate heat exchangers, such as gasket compatibility, temperature and pressure , are eliminated.

The heart of PanBloc consists of laser welded corrugated heat transfer plates of stainless steel or other exotic metals. The heart is enclosed and supported by four corner columns, upper and lower heads and four panels. The totally bolted design allows quick disassembly of the panels for inspection, service and cleaning.
Adjustable and removable baffles allow easy variation of pressure drop to satisfy any thermal performance requirement.

Welded block heat exchanger is a compact, fully welded plate heat exchanger designed for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive applications. Made of corrugated metal plates welded into sealed blocks, it eliminates gaskets to ensure high sealing reliability, strong resistance to thermal stress, and stable long-term operation. How It Works

Hot and cold fluids flow through separate welded channels formed by the corrugated plates. The plate pattern generates turbulence, increasing heat transfer efficiency even under high-load conditions. Heat is transferred through the thin metal plates while the welded joints prevent cross-contamination and leakage, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Welded block heat exchangers are designed for low maintenance operation. The absence of gaskets eliminates routine gasket replacement. For most applications, maintenance involves periodic inspection and cleaning using chemical cleaning (CIP) or controlled flushing, depending on the process medium.
