Panstar Delivers 16 Wide-Channel Fully Welded Heat Exchangers to Empower New Energy Lithium-Ion Cathode Material Production

Recently, Panstar has successfully delivered 16 wide-channel fully welded plate heat exchangers to a leading domestic new energy enterprise. These devices are custom-designed for the production process of lithium-ion cathode materials.

The production of lithium-ion cathode materials involves key processes such as high-temperature sintering, corrosive medium treatment and slurry cooling, which impose extremely high requirements on equipment performance including high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-clogging capability and precise temperature control. Panstar's product fully meets the demands of these core working conditions.

Featuring a welded structure with 18mm wide channels and detachable side covers, the equipment effectively prevents particle deposition and clogging, ensuring continuous and stable production. Meanwhile, high-quality corrosion-resistant materials are adopted to withstand acid and alkali corrosion during production and adapt to harsh high-temperature environments, enabling long-term stable operation with low maintenance frequency. With excellent heat exchange efficiency, it helps improve the production efficiency and product consistency of cathode materials.

All 16 delivered units have passed strict pressure tests and comply with international quality standards for the new energy lithium-ion industry.
